I'm still here and still working! I have to admit I've been a bit lax during Christmas, but I'm reeling it back it. I haven't gained any, but I haven't lost any either. So, I've gotta go back to the basics!!! Thanks for your continued prayers and well wishes.

Not gaining any weight during the holidays is a major accomplishment! Keep up the good work. I'm finally back on a healthy eating plan as the holidays kicked my tush.
